Below I will give you 10 reasons to go to YouTube. There are countless more reasons to go to YouTube, but I’ve just named a few of them. Maybe you’ll recognize some of them, or it could be possible that you have completely different motivations to bring YouTube a visit.

3. You want to watch somebody getting hurt

4. You want to see politicians debating

5. You want to see somebody getting mugged

6. You want to watch videos of your new travel location

7. You want to watch a video of something you’re planning to buy

8. You want to see exciting parts of television shows

9. You want to see people acting crazy, because they want to be popular on YouTube

10. You’re bored and have nothing else to do

Anyone who’s visited YouTube more than once knows that the quality of the movies on YouTube can differ tremendously. It is not just a particular category I’m referring to but basically all the videos on the YouTube site can be quite different regarding the quality. I’m not just talking about the picture quality but to the quality of the sound and subject as well.
It can be really annoying when you have to view 20 plus videos before you finally find the one you were looking for.
However, as you get more experienced in searching for a particular video, you’ll be able to find the right video in maybe 5 or less attempts. So I think it’s safe to say, that when it takes too long to find the right video, you’re probably not up for the task and need some more experience.
But what is it that you’ll need to look out for? Well, I can give you some broad tips and tricks.
First of all you’ll need to take a close look to the thumbnail before clicking on one. The thumbnail can tell you a lot. If you can’t even see what is on the picture, than you’ll need to move on to the next one. Because the video will not be worthy to watch. If the thumbnail looks all right, then you’ll need to take a look at the duration of the video. If it’s too short, move on. It’s up to you to decide if a video is too short or not. For music videos you can state that a video shorter than a minute is highly unlikely to be complete. Of course there are some songs of less than a minute, but you’ll probably know.
When the thumbnail and the duration seem to be all right than it’s time to look at the title. Are there some obscure words present, or does it make you feel doubtful? Move on. When all these parameters seem good than it’s time to watch the video. If you use this method and polish it to your preferences, you’re able to find the right video within 5 attempts!

That makes it so unique to use those videos as a source for MP3. 
But the popular videos are very nice as well!

Sometimes I’m wondering how something like youtube got so big as it is today.
I know the answer must be a simple one, and it is a simple answer indeed, and a simple question as well.

The answer is: Because everyone loves to watch a funny, impressive, moving, shocking etc. video clip. Yes, the answer is really that simple!

I can hear you thinking, I know this isn’t a complete answer because it will leave you probably with a feeling that there must be more to it. 

What can I say? I don’t know really why they got so big. I can give you countless reasons, but they would be made up or just broad assumptions. That will not do it for you, so I just give you a couple of reasons of which I’m pretty positive about.

The first one is that youtube were the first, or the best of the video sites starting out in 2005 or earlier (youtube started in 2005). With lack of any good alternatives, everyone would go and visit youtube. 

The second reason is that maybe youtube had some investors to make them able to do tremendous marketing. So that everyone would know of youtube.

It doesn’t really matter anyway why youtube got so big. 

The only thing that matters is that youtube is by far the greatest and best video site on the planet. I hope they will continue to be as good as they are and hopefully even better!
